Pre-Sheetrock InspectionA pre-sheetrock inspection is performed in order to verify that the insulation and HVAC equipment have been installed properly, and that all penetrations (doors, windows, top/sole plate, plumbing/wiring, etc.) are blocked and sealed properly. |

Final InspectionOur final inspection consists of performance based diagnostic testing. A blower door test is performed in order to measure the tightness of a home's thermal envelope (i.e. air infiltration). A duct blaster test is also performed on the home's HVAC system in order to measure system leakage. |
